At Addfield Projects we have always taken your data very seriously, we will never share your data with other individuals and organisations.
This policy will explain how we manage and use any personal data, which we will collect about you when you use this website and our services further.
Personal data covers any information regarding a ‘Natural’ person, which makes you identifiable. This may cover but is not limited to: Your name/s and contact information (email address, telephone number etc).
We do not need to record any ‘Sensitive’ personal data.
We are a predominantly Business to Business operation as such we only require data that enables us to maintain this relationship and do not have any need to record any intrusive personal data. If you would like your personal details removed you only need to contact us and request the amendments which we will complete as quickly as possible.
Addfield is bound by the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
As such you agree that we are entitled to obtain, use and process sufficient information provided by yourself to allow us to complete our services. This includes: Updating and maintaining your customer records, data analysis for management purposes and completing credit checks in relation to you and your business.

Your IP address, which is a unique numerical address which can be static or fluid is assigned to your computer when you log on to the internet through you ISP. We do not have any access to personal or identifiable data from these. Your IP address is recorded by our analytical software, this is only used to track how many visitors that we have from a particular region as we are an international company.
As part of our general operation we use paid social media advertising in addition to paid search advertising. The applications install tracking codes on our website which allow us to effectively complete these campaigns. These do not store any personal data within this.
We use Sendinblue as our email marketing automation platform. When you sign up for our mailing list we only ask for information that is relevant for the purpose of communicating with you throughout our marketing and sales activities. We will not share your details with any third parties and we will not use you details to contact you excessively. If you are subscribed to any of our mailing lists you have the right to request to have your details removed from these lists at any time. To opt out simply email sales@addfield.com and notify us of the email address that you want to have removed. Alternately all of our marketing emails will come with an ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom which, when clicked will automatically unsubscribe you from that list.
We take your privacy seriously and only use your personal information to provide you with information and services that are relevant to you or you have requested from us.
We have a string of international distributors inside and outside the EU who we may refer you to if you are aiming to purchase a machine or service in a region which they cover. If we do pass your details on to a distributor we will notify you when we do this as well as giving you the details of who you should expect to be contacted by. We expect our distributors to follow the same high standards of data protection as we do and you should not be required to give any personal/private information to them that is not relevant to purchasing a machine/service from Addfield.
By submitting a sales enquiry to us you are agreeing that we can pass your enquiry to our approved distributors.
