Addfield Projects Get The Keys To Their New Premises
Addfield Projects (AP) reached the next milestone in their ongoing growth in September 2024 after moving to their newly custom built premises in Burntwood, Staffordshire, UK. Consisting of more than 65,000 (sq ft) of both office and factory space. Although the team were only moving a short distance away from their previous office, the new building offered a lot more to the team, being custom built meant the space could be utilised fully, improving efficiency and morale.
Equipped with an open plan office space the team can maximise their collaboration and communication, assigned meeting rooms where they can welcome visitors from all around the world and, most importantly the office and factory space is all under the same roof, so the team can keep an eye on the progression of the facilities being built in the factory.

“We were really excited to finally receive the keys to our brand new facility at Benches Close. Watching our space being built throughout this year has certainly peaked our excitement. Having all aspects of the process in the same facility allows for the entire project timeline, from initial concept from our design team, to final assembly from the help of our expert engineers. I cannot wait to see the future of Addfield Projects in our brand new office and factory space”. – Harjot Bhullar, Head of Projects.
One of the biggest benefits of the move is the ability to monitor manufacturing progress in real-time, ensuring that each system is built to the highest quality standards. This is particularly important as Addfield Projects continues to lead in the development of bespoke waste treatment incinerators that meet strict global regulations and evolving market needs.
Their impressive, brand new factory will soon hold many exciting projects, such as a high capacity, stepped hearth incinerator for the States of Guernsey and a prototype of the first Addfield Electric Human Cremator that they are hoping to reveal more about soon.
This new move is a true testament to how far Addfield Projects have grown since 2017 when Addfield Environmental Systems (AES) first introduced AP as a division that manages the high capacity and waste-to-energy thermal treatment systems. From being a small team, and sharing an office with AES to now having almost 20 team members and a dedicated building, Addfield Projects are ready to start celebrating and welcoming visitors.
